Junior Sales Executive

Creative Collisions is a rapidly growing software company based in Dublin.  

 

We are looking for a Junior Sales executive, you will work with a team of sales and marketing to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • An integral part of the business, the role also involves the management of external partners and collaborations with internal departments.
  • Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, upselling.
  • Establishing and overseeing the adoption of the sales vision and values, which forms part of the culture
  • Playing a major strategic role in the sales function and tasked with implementing sales strategies that further the sales agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business and team.
  • Deliver an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identify the roadmap that will lead to achievement of sales goals as well as the overall goals of the business
  • Identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market
  • Managing both inbound and an outbound new business sales team targeting B2B clients
  • Continuous sales training, development, and performance management, implementing a robust and results driven sales process and methodology
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales pipeline
  • Regular reporting of KPIs and sales team growth to internal stakeholders.
  • Keeping to targets and managing KPIs

 

 

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experience in research and data-driven insights coupled with outstanding planning and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge and passion of the start-up environment is crucial for this role along with a deep understanding of the start-up culture and pace
  • Proven track record in achieving B2B sales and exceeding all targets in a technical environment
  • B2B sales experience is a preference
  • Have a smart, professional appearance
  • A full clean driving license or provision with upcoming test.
